We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy for unused items in original condition with all tags attached. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • Free from any damage or alterations
  • Accompanied by the original invoice

Custom orders, blouses, and sale items (marked final sale) are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return:

Yes! All our Kanjeevaram, Banarasi, and traditional silk sarees are certified handloom products sourced directly from weavers' cooperatives. Each piece comes with a Silk Mark certificate of authenticity.

We work directly with artisan families to ensure fair wages and preserve traditional weaving techniques. Your purchase supports these artisan communities.

Kanjeevaram Silk: Heavier, more luxurious silk with gold/silver zari work. Traditional bridal choice. Stiffer drape. Weight: 700g-1.2kg.

Soft Silk: Lighter, more fluid silk that's easier to drape and carry. Suitable for daily wear and office. More affordable. Weight: 400-600g.

Both use pure mulberry silk, but Kanjeevaram has a higher silk density and traditional temple border designs.

Yes, all our sarees come with an attached unstitched blouse piece (0.8-1 meter). The blouse fabric matches the saree border or body design.

Some sarees come with "running blouse" (same fabric as saree body), while others have contrast blouses. This is mentioned in each product description.

We make every effort to display colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to:

Handloom sarees may have slight irregularities in weaving or color, which are characteristic of authentic craftsmanship and not defects. We mention any significant variations in the product description.

  • Dry Clean Only: Never machine wash silk sarees
  • Storage: Store in a cotton/muslin cloth, not plastic
  • Refolding: Refold every 3 months to prevent crease marks
  • Sunlight: Avoid direct sunlight to prevent color fading
  • Perfume: Apply perfume before wearing, not after

Use neem leaves or sandalwood sachets in storage to prevent moth damage naturally.

Yes, but with caution:

  • Use low heat (silk setting)
  • Always iron on the reverse side
  • Use a thin cotton cloth between iron and saree
  • Never iron zari/gold borders directly
  • Steam ironing is preferable to dry ironing

For heavily embellished sarees, we recommend professional steam pressing only.

Do not attempt home washing. For stains:

  • Blot (don't rub) fresh stains immediately with clean dry cloth
  • Sprinkle talcum powder on oil stains before dry cleaning
  • For water spots, let it dry naturally and take to dry cleaner
  • Never use bleach or harsh chemicals

Take stained sarees to a specialist dry cleaner experienced with silk and zari work.
