Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping (India)
We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 5,000 within India. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 150 will be charged.
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Delivery time: 3-7 business days depending on location
- We ship via reputed courier partners like Blue Dart, DTDC, and Delhivery
- Tracking information will be provided via email once shipped
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Delivery time: 7-14 business days
- Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
- Express shipping available for select countries
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned
How to Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@andham.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or color within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a store credit or refund.
